Promo Mechanics
- The selling period runs from OCTOBER 2, 2024 to OCTOBER 30, 2024, for stay dates from October 2-3, 6-10, 20-24, and 27-31, 2024.
- The Weekday Promo Rate applies to check-in dates from Sunday to Thursday. Promo Rates are not valid during weekends (Friday to Saturday) and on public holidays.
- Promotional rates are not available for walk-in guests or during weekends (Friday to Saturday) and public holidays.
- The promo includes room accommodation and one day pass to Ocean Park Aqua Adventure for two.
- One day pass to Ocean Park Aqua Adventure for two are valid only on stay dates. These inclusions are not transferable and are applicable only to registered hotel guests.
- Book online at www.manilaoceanpark.com/hotel-h2o. Rates are inclusive of taxes.
- Extra person charge applies in excess of two (2) adults and two (2) children 11 years old and below. Children twelve (12) years old and above should pay the adult rate.
- Prepayment is required through bank deposit and credit card payment.
- Cancellation or amendment of the reservation is not allowed. In the event of no show, the entire reservation will be charged/ forfeited.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

House Rules and Guidelines
Incidental Deposit:
- Php 2000 cash deposit will be asked upon check-in for incidental charges. Should there be no additional charges incurred, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out.
Reservation:
- Check-in time: 14.00 hours
- Check-out time: 12.00 hours
- The room rate is for a maximum of 2 adults, any additional person will be charged at Php 1,500, including children 12 years old and older. Breakfast is included for the additional person charge.
- Valid Philippine issued ID or Alien Certificate of Registration is required upon check in
House Rules:
- Visitors are allowed only up to 10:00 p.m.
- One free car park slot is available, free of charge for in-house guests
- Wi-Fi internet access is free of charge
- Hotel H2O is a non-smoking hotel
- Outside food / deliveries to hotel rooms are not allowed
- Pets, firearms, deadly weapons, and drugs are strictly prohibited in the hotel.
- Operational Hours of Ocean Park Aqua Adventure is 10:00am to 6:00pm.
- Children below twelve (12) years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Always supervise children, regardless of their swimming abilities. Please do not leave your children unattended.
