- Selling period runs from May 8, 2024 to June 30, 2024, Stay dates from May 8, 2024 to July 1,2024.
- Weekday Promo Rate is applicable for check-in dates between Sunday to Thursday. Weekend Promo Rate is applicable for check-in dates on Friday and Saturday. Promo Rates are not valid during public holidays.
- Promo includes room accommodation, Manila Ocean Park ticket for two (2), complimentary breakfast for two (2), Zenyu Eco Spa Treatment for two (2) (choice of Hot Bed Treatment or Full Body Fish Spa).
- Complimentary breakfast, Manila Ocean Park tickets and Zenyu Eco Spa Treatment are valid on stay dates only. Inclusions are not transferable and are valid for the registered hotel guests only.

- Rates are inclusive of taxes.
- Extra person charge applies in excess of two (2) adults and two (2) children 11 years old and below. Children twelve (12) years old and above should pay the adult rate.
- Prepayment is required through bank deposit and credit card payment.
- Cancellation or amendment of the reservation is not allowed. In the event of no show, the entire reservation will be charged/ forfeited.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

House Rules and Guidelines
Incidental Deposit:
- Php 2000 cash deposit will be asked upon check-in for incidental charges. Should there be no additional charges incurred, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out.
Reservation:
- Check-in time: 14.00 hours
- Check-out time: 12.00 hours
- The room rate is for a maximum of 2 adults, any additional person will be charged at Php 1,500, including children 12 years old and older. Breakfast is included for the additional person charge.
- Valid Philippine issued ID or Alien Certificate of Registration is required upon check in
House Rules:
- Visitors are allowed only up to 10:00 p.m.
- One free car park slot is available, free of charge for in-house guests
- Wifi internet access is free of charge
- Hotel H2O is a non-smoking hotel
- Outside food / deliveries to hotel rooms are not allowed
- Pets, firearms, deadly weapons, and drugs are strictly prohibited in the hotel
- Guests must strictly observe and comply with COVID-19 safety protocols and measures implemented by the hotel as required by relevant laws, rules and regulations.
- Manila Ocean Park 8-Attractions Package includes: Oceanarium, Trails to Antarctica – Penguin Exhibit, Trails to Antarctica – Christmas Village, Jellies Dancing Sea Fairies, World of Creepy Crawlies, Super Toy Collection, Sea Lion Show and All-Star Bird Show. Tickets are subject to Manila Ocean Park Ticket Terms and Conditions.
- Manila Ocean Park attraction schedule is subject to change depending on weather and operational conditions
- Redemption time of Zenyu Eco Spa Treatments will be from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Prior reservation is required.
