MEMBERSHIP COPI

Website is not available to users under the age of 18, outside the demographic target, or to any members previously banned by COPI. Users are allowed only one active account. Breaching these conditions would result in immediate account termination.

COPI, on occasion, will offer its members promotions. In connection with these promotions, any user that receives Rewards (prizes, credits, gift cards, coupons or other benefits) from COPI through the use of multiple accounts, email addresses, falsified information or fraudulent conduct, shall forfeit any Rewards gained through such activity and may be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties by law.

By using the COPI Website, you acknowledge that you are of legal age and not barred from receiving services under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or other applicable jurisdiction. You agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself when requested by COPI Website. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, COPI has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse future use of its services. CANCELLATION DUE TO ERRORS

COPI has the right to cancel an order at anytime due to typographical or unforeseen errors that result in the product(s) on the site being listed inaccurately (having the wrong price or descriptions etc.). In the event of cancellation and payment for the order has been received, COPI shall issue a full refund without interest for the product in the amount in question.

SPECIFIC USE

User agrees to hold free and harmless COPI, its employees, directors, officers, stockholders, suppliers, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and legal partners) from any and all claim/s, demand/s, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to user’s membership account due negligent or wrongful conduct.

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the Website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

9. Manila Ocean Park reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule due to technical maintenance, special events, inclement weather and acts of God as it deems necessary for guests’ safety and service improvement.

These terms and conditions are applicable upon access to the COPI Website and/or upon complete registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by COPI without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights and Trademarks, Disclaimer, Claims, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Laws, Arbitration and General, shall survive any termination.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither COPI nor you shall be responsible for damages or for delays or failure in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond its or your reasonable control, including, without limitation: fire, lightning, explosion, power surge or failure, water, acts of God, war, revolution, civil commotion or acts of civil or military authorities or public enemies; any law, order, regulation, ordinance or requirement of any government or legal body or any representative of any such government or legal body; or labor unrest, including, without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing or boycotts; inability to secure raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages, or acts or omissions of other common carriers.
