You can visit us from Mondays to Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekends and Public Holidays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Children 2 feet (24 inches) tall or shorter can enter free of charge. Children above 2 feet will need a ticket. Admission will be based on height, not age.

Tickets are available for purchase on our website and walk-in.

To ensure the well-being of our animals, the park strictly enforces a no-pet policy. This policy aligns with health quarantine regulations and is implemented to prevent cross infections. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Ensure you bring appropriate swimwear. This includes swimsuits, swim trunks, or other attire designed for water use as well as towels. Please choose swimwear that is comfortable and adheres to the park’s dress code policy.

We have two parking lots available for our guests: South Parking (near Harbor View) and North Parking (near Manila Hotel). The rates are as follows:

For Car/SUV * First three hours – P50.00 * Succeeding hours or a fraction thereof – P30.00

For Motorcycle *6am to 10pm – P40.00 (flat rate)

*Succeeding hours or a fraction thereof – P40.00 We have a 15-minute ‘grace period’ if you’d like to just drop off your passengers at the main entrance and park somewhere else.

In the event of inclement weather conditions, please be advised that our waterpark will temporarily close to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests and staff. If you have already purchased a ticket and the weather deteriorates, we offer the flexibility for you to utilize your ticket later within the same day, subject to the park’s reopening. We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own stroller or wheelchair. We have designated areas where you can conveniently park and retrieve your stroller or wheelchair as needed throughout your day.

You can rent a locker and a towel for Php 30.00 each.
