To help preserve the integrity of our interactive exhibits and ensure everyone’s enjoyment, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

• Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket. Guests must present their tickets upon request when entering the museum.
• Children under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Please do not leave children unattended.
• Children measuring two (2) feet and below may enter free of charge.
• By entering, guests consent to bag checks for prohibited items, which may include weapons, illegal substances, and other restricted materials.
• The Digital National Art Museum reserves the right to prohibit any of the following inside the premises:
• For the comfort of all guests, please maintain respectful conduct. Obscene language, inappropriate gestures, running, horseplay, pushing, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
• The Digital National Art Museum is not liable for any lost or stolen personal items.
• The Digital National Art Museum is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from a guest’s negligence, failure to follow rules, or actions of a third party while inside the premises.
• Guests showing inappropriate or unsafe behavior may be denied entry or asked to leave without refund, liability, or compensation, especially if they disrupt the experience of others or the normal operation of the Digital National Art Museum.
• To protect our digital displays and ensure a calm environment, flash photography, touching screens, or physical interaction with digital installations is strictly prohibited. Some interactive areas may be accessed under staff supervision.
• Certain areas or exhibits may be temporarily closed for maintenance or technical upgrades. Updates will be shared through our official website and social media channels.
• Operating hours, exhibit access, and scheduled shows may change without prior notice due to technical concerns, capacity limits, or special events.
• The Digital National Art Museum reserves the right to adjust its operations—including changing hours or limiting access—without notice, refund, or liability, should circumstances require.

1. The ticket is valid for one (1) admission with no right of re-entry. It is valid only on the date indicated and for the attractions stated.
2. Entry will be refused, without refund, liability, or compensation, if the ticket has already been scanned or found to be tampered, counterfeited, or not purchased from  Digital National Art Museum or its authorized sellers. Digital National Art Museum may deny entry, without refund, liability, or compensation, if the ticket is torn, damaged, or defaced in any way.
3. The Guest is personally responsible for the safekeeping of the ticket and QR code. Digital National Art Museum will not replace lost, duplicated, or stolen tickets. It is the responsibility of the buyer to protect their voucher from loss or theft; Digital National Art Museum is not responsible for any lost, duplicate, or stolen ticket(s).
4. The ticket has no cash value and is not refundable. It may not be sold, bartered, nor exchanged for goods, services, or benefits. No refunds for any unutilized or lost tickets.
5. Duplicating, reprinting, or reselling of tickets, whether online or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and will cause the ticket’s immediate cancellation. Violators will be subject to legal liability.
6. The guest must adhere to Park rules and regulations and follow all instructions at the Park.
7. The ticket is subject to  Digital National Art Museum’s Ticket Terms and Conditions.
