TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Selling period runs from May 30 to September 29, 2026. Stay dates from July 01 to September 30, 2026.
- Weekday Promo Rate is applicable for check-in dates between Sunday to Thursday. Weekend Promo Rate is applicable for check-in dates on Friday to Saturday and Holiday.
- Booking Window: The promotion is only bookable one (1) day before the arrival.

- Rates are inclusive of taxes.
- Extra person charge applies in excess of two (2) adults and two (2) children 11 years old and below. Children twelve (12) years old and above should pay the adult rate.
- Prepayment is required through bank deposit and credit card payment.
- Cancellation or amendment of the reservation is not allowed. In the event of no show, the entire reservation will be charged/forfeited.
- In compliance with Republic Acts 9994 and 10754, PWD and Senior Citizen discounts may be applied to the regular per-person ticket rate only and cannot be used in conjunction with this promotional offer or any other discounted rates. Customers may choose to avail either the promo discount or the statutory discount, whichever is higher. A valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID must be presented upon purchase or redemption to qualify for any applicable discount.

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT:
- Php 3,000 cash deposit will be asked upon check-in for incidental charges.
- Should there be no additional charges incurred, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out.
RESERVATIONS
- Check-in time: 14:00 hours
- Check-out time: 12:00 hours
- The room rate is for a maximum of 2 adults, any additional person will be charged at Php 1,600, including children 12 years old and older. Breakfast is included for the additional person charge.
- Valid Philippine issued ID or Alien Certificate of Registration is required upon check in.
HOUSE RULES
- Visitors are allowed only up to 10:00 p.m.
- One free car park slot is available, free of charge for in-house guests.
- Wifi internet access is free of charge.
- Hotel H2O is a non-smoking hotel.
- Outside food / deliveries to hotel rooms are not allowed
- Pets, firearms, deadly weapons, and drugs are strictly prohibited in the hotel
- Manila Ocean Park 8-Attractions Package includes: Oceanarium, Trails to Antarctica – Penguin Exhibit, Trails to Antarctica – Christmas Village, World of Creepy Crawlies, World of Creepy Crawlies Show and Tell, and Stingray and Shark Dry Encounter, Sea Lion Show and All-Star Bird Show. Tickets are subject to Manila Ocean Park Ticket Terms and Conditions.
- Manila Ocean Park attraction schedule is subject to change depending on weather and operational conditions
- Redemption time of Zenyu Eco Spa Treatments will be from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Prior reservation is required.
- For Ocean Park Aqua Adventure guests, children below twelve (12) years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Always supervise children, regardless of their swimming abilities. Please do not leave your children unattended.
